Australia Toolkit

Australian Rugby embarked on their first overseas tour in the 1880s. Known as the “Wallabies”, Australia has competed at every Rugby World Cup Tournament. They won the Webb Ellis Cup in both 1991 and 1999 and finished in the top four teams on four separate occasions, losing the 2003 Final to England in extra-time. Australia is regularly in the top three in the IRB World Rankings. Australia competes annually in the Tri-Nations competition against New Zealand and South Africa and has a long standing rivalry with New Zealand for the Bledisloe Cup.
