Welcome to Team 2011 – the driving force behind Rugby World Cup 2011!
Team 2011 is a critical part of delivering a great Tournament, and is the combination of workforce and volunteers spread all around New Zealand. As the ‘face’ of the Tournament, Team 2011 will energise, inspire and help everyone enjoy their Rugby World Cup 2011 experience. Of course everyone in New Zealand will have a role of ‘hosting’ the Tournament, but Team 2011 members will have the opportunity to truly represent the spirit, culture and passion of New Zealand and Rugby World Cup 2011.

Training Information
For those in Team 2011, there will be training to help you effectively perform your role and set you up with what you need to help deliver a great Tournament. It is estimated that there will be approximately 10-15 hours of training spread over 3-4 months in the lead up to kick-off of the Tournament.
Here is an overview of the training phases:
